Shipping Policy

US & Territories: Ships to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 / DC), Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Canada: Ships to Canada (certain large items like mattresses are excluded).
Restricted Addresses: Currently does not ship to military post office addresses (APO / FPO / DPO).

Standard Shipping:
- Most standard items ship via UPS Ground.
- Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS.
Faster Shipping:
- Expedited options are available at 15% of the order total or a minimum of $40 (whichever is higher, excluding mattresses and liquids).
- Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to ship out the same day.
Eco Mattress Shipping:
- Mattresses ship via UPS Oversized Ground (not eligible for P.O. Boxes or Canada).
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 15 business days depending on the region (e.g., East Coast/Midwest about 3–7 days, West Coast about 5–13 days, Alaska/Hawaii about 6–15 days).

To change a shipping address or cancel an order, you must contact customer service within 30 minutes of placing the order (during Monday–Saturday business hours). Due to fast processing times, changes or cancellations are usually not possible after 30 minutes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow up to 5 business days (as carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely). All missing packages or shipping issues must be reported to customer service within 30 days of the order date.
